Squats and Lunges in the Delivery Room? This Fit Mom Said, “Sure! Why Not?”

At 41 weeks pregnant, Anna Strode turned the delivery room into her own personal gym. The fitness blogger with a massive following recently shared a video of her final prenatal workout that included squats, triceps dips, lunges, and even a little dancing.
In her caption, Anna said that she gave birth to her third child, Madi Grace, just hours after her workout. “We were on the ward waiting for contractions to ramp up and a delivery suite to become available so we could meet our sweet baby girl.” Coincidentally, Anna gave birth in the same exact suite where her two other children were born.
Though congratulations are in order for the fit mom of three, we will miss her hilarious pregnancy posts and videos. Halfway through her pregnancy, Anna shared a hilarious post about cravings, staying sane, and indulging in some chocolate when necessary. Just last month, she also shared a video of the pregnancy workout challenge she did with her husband. No surprises here – she won. #baby #babyproducts
